The 4946G is a contemporary-style Annual Calendar built around a dial finish you won't find anywhere else in Patek's catalogue — a blue-gray "shantung" surface, its vertical and horizontal satin brushing crossing to mimic raw silk fabric, giving the dial a genuinely textile-like texture under light. Day and month display by hands rather than apertures, with date and moon phase sharing the register at 6 o'clock, all running on the Annual Calendar mechanism Patek invented and patented in 1996 — requiring only one correction a year.

At 38mm and fully polished, the white gold case keeps a non-gemset bezel and clean proportions, and the matching blue-gray calfskin strap carries a denim pattern with contrasting white stitching — a detail that ties the case's precious-metal formality to a genuinely casual, wearable texture underfoot.

Through the sapphire case back, the calibre 26-330 S QA LU is fully visible and finished to the Patek Philippe Seal with a Gyromax balance, Spiromax balance spring, and 21K gold central rotor, running 319 parts and 34 jewels. Brand new, September 2026, full set — get it soon before it's sold.
