The Master Ultra Thin Moon in pink gold is one of the most considered dial-and-case pairings JLC has executed in the Master line in years. The midnight blue sunray dial — gradient, slightly smoky, shifting in depth depending on the light — was designed specifically to pair with this case metal, and the result is a chromatic tension that photographs poorly and wears beautifully. The pink gold applied indices and Dauphine hands float above the blue ground without competing with it; the moon phase aperture at 6 o'clock anchors the lower half with a date ring around it, maintaining compositional balance across the full dial.
The calibre 925 is entirely in-house — developed, decorated, and assembled at the Manufacture in Le Sentier. At 4.9mm thick, it keeps the total case height to 9.3mm despite housing the moon phase module. The 18ct pink gold oscillating weight is visible through the sapphire caseback, finished to the same standard as the rest of the movement.
